  • Guarantee visa approval
  • Act as an immigration authority

We are not liable for consequences of incorrect information.

  1. Payments & Fees
  • All fees are quoted in [Malaysian Ringgit, MYR]
  • Payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  1. Third-Party Dependency

Outcomes depend on third parties (institutions, embassies). We are not responsible for their decisions, delays, or actions.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Cato Education and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service
