Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Nature of Services

Cato Education provides consultancy services. By purchasing, you acknowledge that services may begin immediately after payment.

  1. Strict No-Refund Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to secure admission, scholarship, or visa
  • Delays caused by third parties (institutions, embassies)
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client
  1. Conditional Refunds

Refunds may ONLY be considered if:

  • Duplicate or erroneous payment occurs
  • Service has not commenced within [7] business days due to our fault
  • Written cancellation is received within [48 hours] of payment AND no work has started
  1. Partial Refunds

If work has commenced:

  • Fees will be prorated based on work completed
  • Administrative and processing charges remain non-refundable
  1. Non-Refundable Components

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Application fees paid to institutions
  • Bank charges and payment gateway fees
  • Third-party service fees
  1. Mode of Refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only(e.g., credit card, debit card, or online payment gateway used at checkout)
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be processed via bank transfer at our discretion
  • Any transaction or currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment providers will be borne by the customer
  1. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree:

  • To contact us first before initiating a chargeback
  • That unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and possible legal action
  1. Refund Processing

  • Include proof of payment and reason for request
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
  1. Payment Security

All payments are securely processed via third-party providers. We do not store card details.

  1. Policy Acceptance

By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
